from the Directors Greetings in the name of the Lord! We'd like to first say "thank you" for taking the time to visit our site. We firmly believe that drama is an important tool created by God to reach the lost in a special way. Drama touches lives through so many different means…humor, tragedy, suggestion or real life experience. |

Statement Our mission statement here in 'In His Image' is "Bringing the truth of God's Word to life through the dramatic arts for educating, edifying, and reaching the lost for Christ." | ||||||||
| A little about What We
Do The 'In His Image Drama Company' started in 1993. We have performed special ministries at Calvary Temple church in Irving, Texas including Easter, Christmas, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Missions to name a few. We are currently involved with Calvary Temple's “Soul Patrol” street ministry. This is a very important outreach to us. After all, the main outreach of Jesus Christ himself was street ministry. We also take our outreach ministry to such places as nursing and retirement homes, veteran’s hospitals, children’s homes and hospitals, homeless shelters and even coffee shops. Perhaps the most fun we have here at ‘In His Image’ is when we are preparing a ‘Dinner Theater’! These are the most fun! We write and direct our own sketches that we then perform. | ||||||||
| The Importance of Ministry Just as it is important to minister to those around us, we do not forget the importance of ministry within the group. It is impossible to lift up and edify others if we are not lifted up ourselves. We stay involved in Bible studies and fellowship within our own group as well as within a church home. | ||||||||
